Carrier Japan announced that July 17 has been officially designated by the Japan Anniversary Association as “Air Conditioner Invention Day”. This date is dedicated to the groundbreaking achievement of Dr. Willis Carrier, the founder of Carrier and the inventor of modern air conditioners in 1902.
