On 6 June, Changhong celebrated a historic event in Jingzhou—the one-billionth compressor officially came off the production line. This not only means that the company’s cumulative global output has exceeded one billion, but is also another major achievement for China’s compressor industry on the global stage. The event, held under the slogan “Three hundred years of global leadership, intelligent manufacturing creates the future,” was attended by senior officials from Changhong Holding Group and the Jingzhou city administration, who witnessed this important milestone.
In his speech, Jingzhou Mayor Li Yingwei stated that this one-billionth compressor embodies not only the original idea of “serving the country through industry,” but also the wisdom and hard work of Huayi’s employees over the past decades, and is a microcosm of the 25-year partnership between Jingzhou and Changhong.
