Samsung Electronics Türkiye, as part of the Teknisyen Akademisi program, introduced an artificial intelligence–enabled application that sets a new quality standard for air conditioner installation. For the first time in the brand’s history, the system analyzes the room in full detail and determines the optimal placement of the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring not only technical correctness but also aesthetic harmony with the interior. The company continues to expand its after-sales service business, focusing on innovations that directly impact customer comfort.
The technician academy, opened in Izmir, has become one of Samsung’s key investment projects in Türkiye. Around 1,000 specialists receive training here each year:
they learn installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment;
they study occupational safety rules.
Unlike conventional training centers, special areas have been created here to practice real-world scenarios, including simulating the transport of heavy units in multi-story buildings without elevators.
After completing the installation, the technician photographs the installation area and uploads the images to a cloud platform. The artificial intelligence checks 10 critical parameters at once:
unit placement;
their visual compatibility with the surroundings;
compliance with all standards affecting air conditioner efficiency.
If deviations are detected, the system instantly provides recommendations, and if everything fully complies, it confirms completion of the work.
