TCL launches an air conditioner with offline voice control and AI

The new VoxIN AI model lets users control temperature and airflow by voice without an internet connection and track energy consumption in real time. The T-AI system delivers up to 38% electricity savings; it also features a 6-in-1 filter and operation at outdoor temperatures up to +60°C.

TCL announced the launch in the Brazilian market of the VoxIN AI air conditioner, combining:

  • 🗣️ offline voice control
  • artificial intelligence capabilities
  • energy consumption monitoring
  • technologies to ensure thermal comfort and air quality

Voice control works without an internet connection and recognizes commands in just 0.8 seconds, allowing users to:

  • adjust the temperature
  • change the operating mode
  • set the airflow intensity

The system is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Among the solutions to improve efficiency:

  • the T-AI system, which adapts the inverter compressor operation to user habits and environmental conditions, delivering—according to independent SGS tests—energy savings of up to 38% compared with conventional inverter models
  • consumption can be tracked in real time in the TCL Home app
  • the model is equipped with a Procel certificate
  • automatic restart function after a power outage
  • “Power” mode with six levels

Aleta Dupla and Brisa Suave technologies contribute to even air distribution, with:

  • cooling achieved in 30 seconds
  • heating in 60 seconds

The unit can operate at outdoor temperatures:

  • up to 60°C in cooling mode
  • down to −25°C in heating mode

The air conditioner is also equipped with:

  • a “6-in-1” filter
  • self-cleaning functions for the indoor unit
  • reverse cleaning of the outdoor unit

The 12,000 BTU/h model is already available in Brazil at a recommended price of 2,600 reals.
