with sports drinks.
For the car, it is worth using sunshades on the windshield, and when moving between sites, choosing routes with maximum shade to avoid the cabin overheating to 55 °C.

a beach umbrella;
a special cap with neck protection;
a cooling vest with phase-change materials or water.
A wet cooling towel on the neck or a regular water spray bottle provides an instant cooling effect comparable to an air conditioner. Such measures are especially useful for specialists installing outdoor units and ventilation systems.
