Eurovent, together with AMCA, have released a new recommendation Eurovent 1/15 – 2026 entitled «Quality criteria for Fans», which sets out quality criteria for fans. The document is the result of joint work by the two organizations and is intended to help the industry navigate current requirements for equipment used in ventilation systems.
The recommendation is part of a series of Eurovent documents that serve as technical guidelines and codes of good practice for market participants. It details approaches to assessing the quality of fans used in:
- industrial ventilation 🏭
- commercial ventilation 🏢
The publication marks another step in the long-standing cooperation between Eurovent and AMCA: the organizations have repeatedly jointly developed initiatives and agreements related to ventilation and air handling.
In the official Eurovent classification the document received the designation: Eurovent 1/15 – 2026 «Quality criteria for Fans».
