Daikin Europe has officially opened a new heat pump manufacturing plant in Ksawerów near Łódź in Poland. The EUR 300 million facility covers 320,000 m² and began mass production in November 2024. The official inauguration ceremony took place the day before.

The plant is set to become a key manufacturing site within the company’s European network.
The company’s core specialization is the production of residential heat pumps, which will help meet growing demand for environmentally friendly heating solutions across Europe.
On the 26 ha site are located:
- a 120,000 m² production line
- an office building
- auxiliary buildings
🏭 The entire facility is equipped with an air-conditioning system based on Daikin heat pumps, and the offices feature a zigzag facade that reduces solar heat gain.
