Gree GMV X-Pro and GMV9 FLEX VRF Systems

Gree has expanded its VRF lineup with two new solutions: GMV X-Pro and GMV9 FLEX, compatible with all Gree indoor units. GMV X-Pro delivers up to 120 HP with flexible configurations, while GMV9 FLEX is a modular system with dual front fans delivering up to 246 kW. Both series offer high efficiency, installation flexibility, and integrated control for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production.

The Gree VRF/VRV system range has been expanded with two new lineups — GMV X-Pro and GMV9 FLEX. Both series are compatible with all indoor units already available in the manufacturer’s portfolio and cover a wide range of capacities and applications — from private homes to large public buildings. The new solutions provide:

  • ⚡ high energy efficiency
  • 🧩 installation flexibility
  • 🎛️ advanced control capabilities
  • simultaneous operation in heating, cooling, and domestic hot water preparation modes

GMV X-Pro is a latest-generation VRF/VRV system with a maximum capacity of up to 120 HP. The lineup includes:

  • single-fan outdoor units — from 22.4 kW
  • twin configurations — up to 85 kW

The system is equipped with:

  • a high-efficiency compressor
  • a larger-area heat exchanger with a “G” profile
  • inverter DC motors in all units

This makes it possible to precisely regulate capacity depending on the load and reduce energy consumption.

GMV9 FLEX is Gree’s first modular VRF/VRV complex with two front fans. Specifications:

  • single-module capacity: from 40 to 61.5 kW
  • combination of up to four modules: total up to 246 kW

The system uses:

  • high-performance vapor injection technology
  • CAN+ communication protocol
  • intelligent control that ensures stable operation of the refrigeration circuit and coordination of all system components

The compact dimensions of both lineups simplify transportation, placement, and maintenance of the equipment, while the permissible height differences and piping lengths give designers additional options when routing refrigerant distribution in complex buildings.

A wide operating temperature range and smooth capacity modulation allow Gree VRF/VRV systems to adapt to variable loads and maintain the specified comfort level in rooms for various purposes.
